Practical and luxurious interior design

This was taken a while back, I think about 2 months ago. This is Lee Ling’s design of a bungalow of her soon-to-be brother-in-law.
I would like to theme her design as practical and simple yet luxurious.
All shots are taken ad-hoc-ly before all the tidy up was done and before the open-house event.
Family hall on the 2nd floor:
Master bedroom (or one of it :p) :
Another bedroom:

I like the featured wall:
Let’s go down to see more:
Living room:
Dining area with the painting I bought for him in Bali:
Dry Kitchen:
The wet kitchen lies within the sliding wooden door:
Fire, water, metal, wood elements for the wet kitchen:
Verandah at the outside:
Not sure about the total cost, but it was built ground up from piling works until what you see here.
