Practical and luxurious interior design

This was taken a while back, I think about 2 months ago. This is Lee Ling’s design of a bungalow of her soon-to-be brother-in-law.

I would like to theme her design as practical and simple yet luxurious.

All shots are taken ad-hoc-ly before all the tidy up was done and before the open-house event.

Not sure about the total cost, but it was built ground up from piling works until what you see here.

    How much all this design will cost ? It just simply look so so rich and luxurious.

    amazing!. it looks simple yet elegant w/ all those furnitures, arrangements and the designs……. i can’t resist it—it is just so awesome!. how much wud the whole house probably cost?

    I would guess the renovations would probably cost at least 200k :)
